Living Well: Chronic Pain Self-Management

This free program can help participants better manage their chronic pain. It can help you learn to balance physical activity and rest, better communicate with your physician, manage medications, and evaluate treatment options. This class is every Wednesday from March 8, 2023 to April 12, 2023.
