Turkey Burgers with a taste of India

Indian turkey burgers1.5 lbs ground turkey
Handful fresh basil, chopped
3 large mint leaves, chopped
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. cumin
½ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

These turkey burgers are unique and are a great substitute for regular burgers. They’re packed with flavorful, different ingredients that will stand out from a typical dinnertime meal.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Form into 5 equal burger patties and grill for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through, depending on how hot your grill is. Put the finished burger atop flatbread along with spinach for some crunch and avocado for some creaminess (great substitute for mayo!)
