Maryland Bar Association – The Elder Law Section co-sponsors the Sixty Plus Legal Program (preparation of simple wills, advance directives, and deeds for seniors with low and moderate incomes) and the Medical Assistance Long Term Care Representation Program (representation of individuals improperly denied nursing home Medicaid coverage).

The Harford County Office on Aging, in partnership with the Maryland Bar Association, presently has a program assisting seniors with their Advance Directive and Financial Power of Attorney forms.
