Mindful Eating: Strategies to Transform Your Health

An intro on mindful eating and nutrition philosophy. This workshop is led by Rebecca Thomas,RD,LDN, Nutrition LLC. Rebecca has been a Practicing Dietitian for over 10 years, specializing in behavioral nutrition therapy, intuitive eating and eating disorder recovery for adults and children.

Cost is $40 per person
