Intro to Meditation and Mindful Health

This FREE event will be presented virtually on ZOOM and is scheduled for  Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 7:00-8:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time.

Begin your proactive mental health journey with this workshop led by meditation teacher Jordan Lally, a Harford County mental health advocate.

The session will include introductory practices of meditation, mindfulness and self-expression, as well as strategies to implement a mindful mental health approach into your daily life.
This workshop, geared for teens and adults, is taught in a down-to-earth manner, accessible to all regardless of experience or background.
A valid email address is needed at registration and once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from ZOOM containing the link and your unique password to this event. You will also receive a reminder email from ZOOM one hour before the scheduled start.
