Halls Cross Roads Elementary School Bike Rodeo

Part of the Good Neighbors Program, Healthy Harford and other partners, join with Halls Cross Roads Elementary School to provide free bikes and bike helmets along with a bike rodeo to help improve fitness, community spirit, freedom, and school attendance.
