Free High School Sports Physicals

The Upper Chesapeake Orthopaedic Specialty Group will be offering FREE sports physicals for high school athletes!

Thursday, 8/8 • 8 am to 4 pm

Call 443-643-3130 for more information and to schedule an appointment. Physicals are valid from the date of the exam through June 2020.
