FREE COVID-19 Rapid Test Kits

The Maryland Department of Health in collaboration with the Harford County Health Department and Harford County Public Library will be providing free Abbott BinaxNow At-Home COVID-19 test kits on Saturday, 11/20/2021. These kits will be available at all Harford County Public Library branches (www.hcplonline.org) from 10 a.m., to 5 p.m., while supplies last.
