You are invited to bring your family and friends to the 5th Annual CHOSEN CDC Conference for individuals, youth and families in the Aberdeen Festival Park this Saturday, November 13, 2021.

We will kick off with a 5k Run/Walk in honor of our Veterans at 8:00am.  The conference – Living During COVID-19 – will begin at 10:00am.

There will be health vendors sharing information.  We will also recognize those who have been volunteering with CHOSEN for the past year and a half.  Lunch will be served.  The weather is going to be great, so come on out for fall fitness, fun, fellowship  and information!!!
