INTRODUCTION

Have you ever set a goal for yourself such as improving your grades in school or making a sports team?  Well incorporating fitness into your daily routine is all about setting goals as well.  It starts with what you want to achieve, whether it be to get stronger or feel healthier, and then setting goals to help you get there. 

The teen years are the body’s strongest. Still, without regular exercise you can’t reach your maximum potential.

The key is to find activities that are fun, so doing them becomes part of your life.  Harford County has many resources and programs available to help make being active fun. Here are some simple things to do at home to help you achieve your fitness goals.
